Job Description:

Oregon Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive cybersecurity and OT solutions sales across North Africa. This is a hunter-focused role, designed for a driven individual with a proven track record in developing new business opportunities, managing high-value accounts, and exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and acquire new clients in the North African market, including Egypt, Morocco, and Algeria.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities for OT and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, customer presentations, RFP submissions, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Identify customer pain points and position Oregon’s solutions as the best-fit options.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs in OT and cybersecurity.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.
  • Represent Oregon Systems at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • 5+ years of experience in OT/ICS environments, with strong knowledge of the unique challenges in critical infrastructure security.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North Africa.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with key cybersecurity solutions such as SIEM, data diodes, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as IEC 62443 and NIST.
  • Experience working with system integrators, VARs, and technology partners in North Africa.
